Life Flow
I can feel the quickening of spring and summer on the horizon. The flow of the river of life is speeding up. Eyes wide open, being in the flow, not wanting to miss a moment. Because I know this moment will lead into next faster than I can expect. So, in this moment, take five slow deep breaths, then look around and drink in this instant of life, can you allow the ordinary to transform into the extraordinary? Now continue with your day, but pause a few times to savor all the amazing in the everyday.

The Joy of Doodling
Thank God NPR and scientists say that it’s good to doodle. I’ve known this since about 5 years old, if not earlier. The rest of the world seems to think it rude. But I think doodling has saved my life many a time. And now with the stamp of science I can doodle with my head held high. Here’s the link to the NPR article: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=101727048. For more info study the above syllabus pages.
