IF-Forward

Life moves forward.  It never stops. We move forward with it if we want to or not.  Oh, the pain of holding on to the past: the baggage that binds.  I'm told to let go.  Why is that so hard?

IF-Twirl

Twirl is fun, light.  So is Swirl. When things become a whirl then life is a bit more frantic. Then there is the tornado, you just have to retreat somewhere low and hidden when this kind of spin happens, let it pass, and hope the destruction is not to much. Or if all is lost that new life will grow out of the rubble.  Let's go back to the twirl.  Ah, much better.  See how the mind works?

IF-Prepare

Like, Samme, I make a daily to-do list as part of what I do to prepare for the day. And like Samme, some days, life has prepared its own to-do list for me and on those days its best to change mine or I will be fighting a force way more powerful than I.

IF-Grounded

So many self imposed limitations keep us grounded.  Then as we do soar, we say something or do something foolish and whack! we find our nose stuck in the ground, wondering what just happened.  But, don't give up, just pull your nose out and try again.
