Somehow
shy is often thought to be something to be fixed. True shy can get in the
way of doing the things you want to do, but shy is undervalued for the shy
person is often the most observant, thoughtful, insightful person.
Trouble is that the celebrated Big, bold, loud, rarely stops to notice.
If big and bold sees it’s only to tell shy to "not be shy"
which of course only makes shy retreat. In the quiet are where the
solutions are found and the course can be corrected to a true setting. So, be kind to the shy and
listen for if allowed to speak they will tell you amazing things.
