Looks like a Brigade to me. I like the way that the figures blend together and the ambiguous space. What a great group of characters! I especially like exploring the drawing on the right.
my favorite is the earnest bearded guy with the wizard cap pointing the way... and the way is though him (guy on bus)
the rest of the folk are either suspicious of him or ardent fans... either way both follow. Your color choices make this seem a rather dire situation, and perhaps one in need of brigade forming with who all may be handy...

The way you have explored the different depths in this work...also the warm colours..bring excitement.
I really like the composition--big crowd on left, and then more open space with vehicle on the right. Interesting looking folk, and then great color!
