San Diego Reader Cover Art

Here is the cover art done for the September 6, 2012 issue of the San Diego Reader commissioned by Howie Rosen.  The story is about the fight to save and clean up the Rio Alamar which is being encased in concrete by the Mexican government.  The river starts in the United States crosses the border into Mexico, then feeds the Tijuana River which pollutes both Mexico and the United States.
